Thank you Gennaro for posting these videos. 40 years ago I fell in love with Italy after just one visit, and I learned to cook Italian food at home because my father wouldn't eat 'anything foreign' and Mother was only allowed to cook English dinners - so I had to learn to cook it myself. When I was 17 I made a pasta bolognese for my boyfriend and he was impressed hehe. I brought my family up on traditional Italian food, made my own pasta etc, you can't beat it :o) I love these videos, they are so inspiring!

Do not drink coffee from these pots, they are made from aluminium. Aluminium is related to Alzheimers.
I figured it out on my own that spaghetti just don't work with ragú Bolognese. It has to be tagliatelle or pappardelle. I added a carot and a chunk of parsley or celery also not knowing celery is in the recipe. Now I make it according to the traditional recipe. I add a spring of fresh basil or rosemary if I have it knowing it's not traditional, but it adds to the taste. My auntie in southern Italy puts basil, too.
